Visas and documents

Visa issuance is decided by the Saudi authorities. We prepare and submit applications carefully but cannot guarantee approval, and we are not responsible for delays or refusals outside our control.

Changes to arrangements

Hotels, flights and itineraries may change for reasons outside our control, including regulatory changes during the Hajj season. We will inform you promptly and arrange the closest equivalent.
